If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or a discount code depending on the situation. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

To be eligible for a return and exchange or discount code, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your request. If your return is approved, we will issue a discount code for your next purchase or provide an exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable—this includes both the delivery cost paid by us and the return cost paid by the customer.

  • We do not offer pickup services; all returns must be sent back to us by the customer.

Important Notes:

  • Sale Items: Only partial refunds in the form of discount codes will be offered for faulty sale items. The amount of the discount will depend on the nature of the fault. The decision made by TinyBaby will be final in such cases.

  • Gift Sets (Boxes): Non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Care/Bath Kits: Non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Feeding Items: Non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
