1. Before Shipping

Conditions for Cancellation

1. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed for shipping.

2. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Orders paid through certain payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash) may have additional cancellation requirements.

1. Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days after a successful cancellation.
