1. Before Shipping

2. After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange according to our [Return & Exchange Policy].
Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed for shipping.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Orders paid through certain payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash) may have additional cancellation requirements.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days after a successful cancellation.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the cancellation is due to our error.
Exceptions

Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable.

Special orders or backordered items may follow a different cancellation policy.
